ASICS 10k 2022

A huge shout out and thank you to our fantastic ASICS 10k runners Morena Armfield, Bengisu Bassoy, Selcuk Bassoy, Donna Medhurst, Nicola Mumford, Dawn Northfield and Praphull Shukla who pounded the London tarmac in near tropical temperatures last weekend.

These amazing people put their knees and ankles at risk and have raised over £3k for Valley Hospital Charity!!!

We were delighted to receive a fantastic donation of £100 from Samuel Meredith for our Darent Valley Hospital Fracture Clinic!
Dartford & District Nurses League visited Darent Valley Hospital to donate to Silver Birch

The ladies are a group of ex Nurses and Midwives whose association is coming to an end with the closure of their League. One of their final acts was to donate an amazing £1220 to our Silver Birch Fund to benefit our older patients.
