Fundraising events Challenge events Run Brighton Marathon April 2027 The Brighton Marathon is a premier 26.2-mile running event in the UK. Established in 2010. The event typically draws over 20k runners and anchors a weekend festival that also includes the Brighton Miles and the Brighton & Hove 10K. Start: Begins in the expansive green space of Preston Park. City & Coast: Winds through the city center, passes the iconic Royal Pavilion, and heads eastward toward Rottingdean. Hills & Finish: Runners tackle rolling climbs around Mile 11 and Beacon Hill, before enjoying a scenic, mostly flat coastal stretch that ends at the seaside Hove Lawns.
