Your engraved and painted high quality brick will be placed in the The Valley Walk of Life, with the names of famous people, staff, patients, families and supporters of the Hospital. Patients, staff and visitors can sit here and relax as well as take in all the dedications. 

Single brick with Black Lettering: 2 lines of 15 characters per line*	£50

You will be sent a certificate to confirm the wording of your dedication before it is inscribed. 

Once the brick is laid, you and a few guests will be invited to a Brick Path Coffee Morning to view the inscribed brick in situ. 

The Valley Walk of Life is situated behind the Heart Centre at Darent Valley Hospital, and is accessible through the double doors at the back of Outpatients, or through the backdoor of the Cafe on Level 1. You can also access it at anytime by walking around the outside of the Hospital passed the Children's Resources Centre.

Complete the enclosed Order Form and bring this into Darent Valley Hospital to the Cashier on Level 2, or send in with a cheque payable to 'Valley Hospital Charity' to:
