The celebrations began on Monday, 6 July, with a fantastic performance from Hartley Primary School Choir. On Wednesday, 8 July, Rosherville Church of England Primary School made its debut appearance at the hospital, delighting patients, visitors and staff with an enthusiastic and uplifting performance.

Thursday, 9 July, featured a trio of talented choirs. Haberdashers' Crayford Academy Primary School opened the day's performances, followed by Westgate Primary School from Dartford. Leigh Academy Cherry Orchard Primary School also made its Darent Valley Hospital debut, delivering a memorable performance that captivated everyone in the foyer.

The celebrations concluded on Friday, 10 July, with outstanding performances from Fleetdown Primary Academy's Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 signing choirs, whose energy and enthusiasm provided a fitting finale to the week's events.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to all the schools that took part in helping us celebrate this special NHS milestone. Their performances brought smiles to patients, relatives and staff, while also raising an impressive £260, which will be shared between our Little Buds Babies and the Lollipop Children's Fund.
