Sunday February 7^th saw Star kickboxing link up with the HKA, TKO Elite and Falcon gyms across 100 zoom screens for a coordinated kickboxing charity fund raiser.

After an intense warm up session, led by Jenny Fry of HKA, 250 virtual kickboxers completed 16 rounds of combinations raising a massive £464.00 for Valley Hospital Charity.

Paul Haworth of Star Kickboxing, (who arranged the link up with Carl Denne of HKA, Colin Payne of TKO Elite  and Mark White of Falcons) thanked all the participants adding that:

“It was great fun and good to get the gyms linking for a great workout!”
