Autumn Clarinets entertain the patients in the DVH Foyer

The ensemble regaled patients, visitors and staff for an hour an half with a number of numbers ranging from snappy jazz to timeless classical pieces raising a fantastic £137 for our Lollipop Childrens Fund

Dartford & District Nurses League visited Darent Valley Hospital to donate to Silver Birch

The ladies are a group of ex Nurses and Midwives whose association is coming to an end with the closure of their League. One of their final acts was to donate an amazing £1220 to our Silver Birch Fund to benefit our older patients.
Sam Hodgson scales the 3 Peaks for SCBU

Sam Hodgson climbed the 3 peaks Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon in 24 hours for units who cared for his son Flynn, born at 25 weeks gestation.
The Martin family visit SCBU

We were delighted to welcome the amazing Martin family to Darent Valley Hospital (DVH) yesterday. Both of the Martin children are graduates of SCBU and they came back to visit Walnut for the first time.
